Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Tourific, our goal is simple: we want every customer to enjoy their experience. We understand that travel plans sometimes change, mistakes happen, and technical issues can occasionally arise.

If something isn't right, please contact us—we'll do our best to make it right.

 

Purchases Through Online Travel Agencies

If you purchased your tour through an online travel agency such as Viator, Booking.com, GetYourGuide, Klook, or any other third party platform, please request your cancellation and refund directly through that platform. Each platform operates its own cancellation and refund process, including timelines and eligibility criteria. Tourific will respond to requests to process refunds for purchases made through third party platforms, but we cannot be held responsible for refund processing timelines that are determined by those platforms.

If you are unsure which platform you used, please check your email for your original booking confirmation, which will indicate where your purchase was made.

Purchases Through the Tourific App (Google Play / Android)

If you purchased your tour through the Tourific app on Google Play, please contact us at support@tourific.org with your order details. We will process your refund directly.

Purchases Through the Tourific App (Apple App Store / iOS)

Due to Apple's policies, Tourific is unable to issue refunds for in app purchases made through the Apple App Store. To request a refund for an iOS purchase, please visit Apple's refund page at reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly. Apple will review and process your refund request.

Purchases Through the Tourific Website

If you purchased your tour directly through the Tourific website, please contact us at support@tourific.org with your order details. We will process your refund directly.

 

General Information
  • Response time: We aim to respond to all refund requests within 48 hours.

  • Refund processing: Once a refund is approved on our end, please allow up to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Tour content: If you have already downloaded tour content to your device, the content may remain accessible on your device after the refund is processed.
