About this role

Tourific runs self-guided audio walking tours in 100+ cities across 9 languages. We're a small, fast-moving team building the world's most loved audio tour brand.

 

We're hiring for a operations and customer support role to help with afternoon and evening coverage, including weekends, which is when most of our travelers are actually using our tours. You'll be the front line for customer support and a steady hand on day-to-day operations.

Schedule 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST, with a 1-hour break in the middle. Six days a week, with either Tuesday or Thursday off. This is a fully remote role; tier 2 city candidates are very welcome.

What You'll Do

Customer support (the bulk of the role)

  1. Monitor reviews and ratings across Viator, Google, Apple, and our website every day

  2. Respond to support tickets and reviews promptly and warmly

  3. Send out review request emails to recent customers

Tour listings and content

  1. Source photos for new tour listings

  2. Coordinate translations across our 9 supported languages

  3. Publish and update tour listings on Apple, Google, Viator, and other platforms

Operations

  1. Keep our website and Bokun system updated with the latest tour info

  2. Handle ad hoc operational tasks as they come up

Who We're Looking For

  1. 1 to 2 years of experience in a contact center, BPO, email or chat support role, or similar writing-heavy work

  2. Strong written English. You'll be writing to international travelers every day, and tone matters.

  3. Attention to detail, especially for listing and content work

  4. Comfortable working independently in a remote setup

  5. A reliable laptop and stable internet at home
